Blocking is the worst. How did you stop blocking?

Blocking is the worst. How did you stop blocking? I would love to have a stutter that was just repetitions. That would be great. There wouldn't be weird blocks of silence in random places of a sentence. My listener would be aware I am still trying to speak and not interrupt me. Speech and life would be a lot easier... but unfortunately, I get blocks and lots of them. And they really suck sometimes. Pushing. Force. Struggle. Facial distortion. Physical pain. Clenching of jaw. Lips pressing too hard together. Biting my own tongue. Then more tension buildup. It's like my feared words have a brick wall that I have to get through. If anyone here blocked and learned to turn their stuttering pattern into a repetition, tension-less stutter.. HOW did you do it?
