(non stutter here) 100% serious question about Joe Biden NON-political (non stutter here) 100% serious question about Joe Biden NON-political so i don't really stutter, so it may be harder for me to comprehend than it is for someone who lives through it. although i do know what it is like to suffer from other mental illnesses in my life (like OCD) so i realize what it is like to have something "wrong" taking place that is hard to explain to people or live a normal life at times. with that said, my question for you guys is, (i don't want to be mean) does Joe Biden's stutter the main source for his "mishaps". i see that he has made a few comments that don't really make sense or conflict irrationally. does he get "stuck" and try to just fill the gap in with words? or does he has a mild stutter but is mainly suffering from cognitive decline? it could be both (stutter plus cognitive) but probably more like a 70/30 % ratio!? please don't make this political... please chime in on what you think the issue is.
