When I slow down to try to talk without stuttering, I end up talking really slow and fucked up and stutter even more. Sometimes when I get lucky, the thought will just smoothly come out as a sentence if I don't think about it and just say what I am thinking without looking for easy synonyms. I do a lot of yoga breathing.
