McGuire program. Search on the web. It's basically 4 day courses held every 6months ( at various places around the world). I was in the same position as you before , but I can handle myself better after the programme. It's costly but just think of it as a lifetime membership , it's definitely worth it. You'll make tons of quality friends who wont judge you for your stutter . Also , on your second course , you get to coach other people (which is a great experience as well).
