For me it certainly is, and it's something that I recognise but have always found hard to tackle 'in the moment'. What we need to remember is that we can control the pace of conversation if we want to. We don't have to stick to what we think is a small window of opportunity for speaking, as that isn't true. I really do need to take my own advice sometimes, mind! :D
