I would class my stutter as severe (blocking on every 3/4th word, with the odd fluent sentence) when in any kind of stressful situation, including interviews, but out of the 6 job interviews I've had in my career, I've been offered the job 5 times. And the one I wasn't was because I completely flunked the test they gave me! And some of these included a phone interview before the main one. I think the vast majority of interviewers just want somebody that can do the job well, and the fact it might sometimes take you slightly longer to say what you want really won't make them turn you down. I've told the recruiter beforehand that I stutter a couple of times, but tbh I'm not even sure they told the people interviewing me. Even if you don't say anything most people will realise that it's a stutter you have pretty quickly and get on with the interview as normal. I've also been on the interviewer's side a lot over the last year and I know none of the other people I've interviewed with would ever hold any kind of disability against a candidate (obviously it's illegal to anyway, but they wouldn't even want to). If anything I think it can often even be seen as a positive.
