recently developing a stutter and idk what to do

recently developing a stutter and idk what to do so i (14F) have started to develop a stutter- it's not really a recent occurrence i just realised that's been the case since i was almost 13 but it didn't impact me that much at the time. However now it does as I'm a theater and debate kid and I feel like I just lost one of the few things I was good at and enjoyed. How do i fix this? speech therapy isnt really a thing where i live
