I am taking it for little under 2 weeks. Started with 300mg per day for a week, and then doubled it. I can't tell if i am more fluent or not. It's a weird feeling. Sometimes I speak sentences clearly when internally I am already blocking (how the fuck?). There are many times like this where I speak fluently when I should have normally stuttered. But i do stutter all the time though. I would wager there is SOME improvements but nothing too drastic.
