If you meet a girl you like just talk to her, stutter be damned. Girls, for the most part, don't care about things like that. Eventually, anyone who knows you longer than 5 minutes is gonna know that you stutter. So don't worry about trying to hide it because you can't. As far as finding someone, it usually happens organically. Every girl I've dated has been someone I met through shared interests or mutual friends. My stuttering is very noticeable and it's never been an issue. Your stutter doesn't define you. It's just a thing you have. Everyone has something. Don't overthink it.
