My stutter is coming back

My stutter is coming back My stutter never fully went away but I rarely stuttered much these days. But lately I’ve noticed that my stutter is coming back and it’s quickly getting worse. I’m so scared; my parents haven’t noticed but they will mock and guilt trip me when they do. Holy shit I’m so scared.
