Heard great things about it. Sulbutiamine is the more bio-available version of thiamine correct? I'd love to try it after this bottle is up, however if the current product seems to be helpful, I'd be reluctant to alter a winning strategy lol. Have you ever tried it? Also, I'm taking 500mg at a time, on a empty stomach in the morning. I also take 2 on workout days to offset the effect of the pre-workout caffeine. More on that in my post that will come in a few hours. :P
