Thanks for sharing your story. I can feel you, I also struggle to say my name, which is extremely frustrating. Sometimes I avoid so many situations that I feel not only frustrated but also mentally exhausted. I'm 34, and still at this point of my life I'm trying to decide if I should keep fighting against my stuttering or if I just should accept it. But from my experience stuttering leads to loneliness, and that hurts. Ps. However, I wouldn't give up hope: from time to time you find people who don't care whether you stutter or not, people who accept you in the way you are. And that's somehow reassuring.
