I have a severe stutter, probably very severe in my college days ( i am 40 now). Everyone takes me serious because I know my shit and I am dependable. Im not going to sugar coat it, there are challenges. I know for a fact people in the past did.not want to hire me. MY first day, first job my immediate boss.said he didnt think I could ever be management material. Long story short, there are a lot of things I wish I knew about myself 20 years ago. You need to address the fear of stuttering, and other negative emotions. It's the only way you will be successful in the workforce. I had a friend with the mildest stutter I ever heard. He dealt with his stuttering terribly. Always paranoid that he was being judged. Constantly left jobs. I rarely heard the man stuttered in the 5 years or so we were friends. Feel free to chat any time. I'll be here.
