Interjections or extra sounds when talking

Interjections or extra sounds when talking Hi, so when I talk, I often make humming noises like hm (not like the thinking hmmm), nya, or mmmm. I tried to find out why and how that happens, but I can't. Also, is there another specific name because for this because all I can find are interjections. Thank you so much!
