No, in my case it's like the moment they find out or see me stutter it tends to make me look different from them, like the ones who speak ok give that 'I pity you looks' or might even get impatient to the point that they don't listen to me as they would to those who speak without any struggles. Moreover, it's to give them directions, I could simply say it in my mind or when I'm alone too (It's in our local language, which I haven't used in sometime and it has some words that I can't utter no matter how much I try because it's in syllables that makes it more difficult for me, same problem in all the other languages I speak) I really feel hypnotherapy would do me good because at least it can show how I react unconsciously to the mention of 'you're getting a call' or 'answer that phone' kinda things. But I can't get myself to go to a thing like that. I'm dying right now, emotionally. Thanks for taking the time to respond. I really appreciate it.
