Thank god some scientist don't think like you.  There are some proven theories that stuttering (for a majority of stutters) is caused by a dysfunction of dopamine system (specially in the parts of the brain responsible of speech).  Yes, it will not cure it for some people but at least it will reduce the intensity of it if someone decide to develop a drug for stuttering.
