Ill be completely honest, everything i do to help myself i had to figure out on my own. Ive developed my own ways of covertly stuttering that allows me to talk semi fluent. My only issue now is blocking, if i can get past blocking i can live a normal life. Right now im developing a semi successful thing where i “center” myself mid sentence. It works occasionally but not always
