Not necessarily get them in trouble, but they do need to understand that laughing at a person with a disability is not cool. Would they laugh at a person in a wheelchair? A blind person? I had a similar issue at an airline counter when the airline employee yelled at me because I had a block when trying to say where I was going. I told him that I had a speech impediment and there was no need for him to yell at me. The guy apologized to me like 5 times. If he hadn't apologized I would have asked for his name and contact the CEO about it. In this day and age is just unacceptable to treat someone badly just because they have a dissability. They DO NEED to understand that.
