Trying is always Goal - Orientated We are always **trying** to speak. Like if speaking is an activity. Like dropping the ball into the basqueball hoop. Trying is always goal orientated. You are looking for an outcome. We hope for the ball to enter the hoop and we give it a try. When it comes to speaking our goal is to get our words out. But look closer. What hide the words that we are trying so badly to speak them. The words are symbols that represent our thought process. And they are exchangeable with the other. So our goal is oriented with a third person. We desire something from them. So we cannot speak freely. We have to try, effort, calculate the way our words come out, in order to fulfill our goal. The goal of getting our thought process approved by another person. We should´t try to speak. We should just speak. There is no try. There is no effort. There is no goal. We invented that erroneous belief and we have followed it until this day. ¿How do I know this is true? Because ultimately you can stop talking. No one force you to speak. The fact is you are making it a voluntary act in order to fulfill your desire and goals. Surrender your goals and you will speak freely. My reflexion of the day. Just watched a Bruce Lee video and get the inspiration. Be water my friend.
