If that's your belief, then that's the paradigm you choose to exist in. Learning a trade or skillset and selling it is an opportunity available everywhere for everyone. Even in prison. Trading time for money versus results for money is what separates entrepreneurs from wage earners. I'm not saying it's easy or guaranteed but if the previous commenter has no options for a wage your basically telling him he's a victim of his circumstance.
