There’s been studies on how thiamine/vitamin b1 has reduced stutter in some people (children and adults). Also, I’ve personally gotten advice directly from other stutterers and anecdotal evidence on how taking these supplements have done good things for their speech (and even their sleep!). And as a useless side note I’m pretty sure taking b1 helps repel mosquitos. So that’s interesting.
