Thanks for sharing your experience Yes I agree everyone has a different history about Stuttering & one solution is not applicable for everyone I heard a concept called - Identify stuttering root cause & work accordingly, it will reduce time & effort to gain fluency. What is your opinion about - instead of starting practice about fluency, first identify the real problem & then explore help online accordingly
