honestly it depends on the age the higher you go the more are people mature and understanding. when i was 13 i used to hate it but i never cared what others said and it hurts sometimes but you'll always find freinds who will understand you. they will all laugh at you 1st cause they just cant help it but later theyll understand . now im a 17yo this year when i transeferred to a new class the 1st time the teacher asked me to present myself , i stutteres but i laughed when people laughed at me it makes you feel better now this far in the semester all my classmates are used to it some of them laugh but they apologize as they just cant help though if some jerks laugh and call you retarded you ignore them if you lack something then you always have another hidden gift just find it
