Thank you for your post. Question #1: Can you explain in depth, 5 ways to deal with - anticipation that stuttering might happen - or feared letters? Question #2: What are all the psychological tools you recommend? (besides support, advocating, acknowledging the stutter cycle, exaggeration, turn intrusive thoughts/feelings into complete faith and stop resisting blocking) Question #3: What are unhelpful goals? To what helpful goals should we change it to? Question #4: What should we prioritize during a speech block?
