thanks for the advice, I try not to interrupt her or tell her to 'stop stuttering' either. i'll usually wait until shes finished what she has to say and just remind her to take a breath and that i'm still listening so she can go a little slower. i'll make sure to not call her out on the stuttering. thanks!
