Hello there, good luck with the job hunt, I'm there too and it's a long and tedious journey. I usually introduce myself and right after that, I say: "as you may have noticed I tend to stutter from time to time, it's not due to stress or lack of words and it never has been a problem for me professionally, quite the opposite, it taught me perseverance and self acceptance...etc etc" I can change some words but the structure is always the same
