A friend of mine had a similar tick, and did a deep wheezing breath at the same time. He did the same course as me to help with his speech called Mcguire program. it helps to eliminate facial ticks and others. there are some videos on youtube. check out school for stutterers and Mustafa finds his voice. hi highly recommend it. let me know if youbhave any questions.
