Feel ya. At the end of the day your work and insight will do the talking. Develop an ego. If these people are judging your work by your physical difficulty speaking, they're the dummies. And though you're right that they might be questioning you, they're also probably thinking "wow I couldn't do that. This guy is pretty brave"
