UK M29 So working as a detective, I don't have to use the radio as much as i did while in uniform, which was a nightmare at times. I know what you mean about answering the phones etc. I am normally fine in interviews with suspects besides my name and the caution but I get on through it. I haven't had much shit from the public about it but in my early days some colleagues were shit about it. It's hard and I can imagine in the corporate world it's probably more snaky with comments etc. What helped me a lot was meditation and mindfulness and self talk. How does this app help btw?
