Agree with all of these! To add: I know a lot of PWDS who are very impulsive in how they speak, and they will pretty much just throw anything out there, at any time. My own thoughts are ultra curated. I only say what's important, or things I know I can stand behind and am confident about, and won't be wasting my energy to put out there.
