Learn to get past your shame and let yourself stutter. What if you had no anxiety, worry, or fear around stuttering? If you said everything you wanted to say and if a stutter happened you let it happen and because you didn't fight it, there was no struggle or tension, just the disfluency? It certainly isn't easy and it's hard to find a good therapist who knows how to help with this (or even understands it), but it will let you be yourself, which is Jaderp, a person who stutters, in addition to many other things. Struggle is not required, it is learned. It can be unlearned, but it's a journey and usually takes good guidance.
