constant stressing about stuttering during schooldays

constant stressing about stuttering during schooldays i am always stressing about my stutter in school nowadays. It's like i stress about whether i will be made to speak in front of others in the next class. Every class i will be stressing about the next class. Any advice on keeping calm and worry free ?
