My grandad is a professor with a pretty bad stutter. Of course he's in a science field and does more research and supervising graduate students than actual classroom teaching, but he still had to do a lot of speaking to get there. He hates public speaking and is still terrible at it but he does it anyway.... he's my role model and if not for him I'd probably be really depressed and discouraged with a severe stutter.
