New to the subreddit, looking for help.. i guess Hello. I have been stuttering for as long as i can remember (I’m 18). And I recently came across this subreddit, and I have some questions since I haven’t really gotten any help for my problems as a stutterer. Is it normal to only stutter when talking to others? When I’m talking to myself and when no one is around, I don’t stutter at all, and when I’m talking to certain people I stutter more than normal? What are your everyday techniques to help yourself feel better, or reduce your stuttering? I’m really just here to hear your stories as well, since I’m feeling kinda depressed lately, my anxiety seems to be through the roof and it’s been fucking up my school lately as I have been skipping classes where I knew I was going to have to talk out loud or do a presentations.
