For me it’s S 😭 But I used to have a very bad stutter, but I conducted a study on myself 😂 and I’m going to share some ways that helped. 1- Inhale before you start any sentence, and practice breathing techniques. 2- Always try and stay positive, laugh/smile more. 3- If possible, try and talk in a different accent/tone. Personally I’m a male, so I try and talk with more bass in my voice. 4- Just Relax, don’t hurry in anything you do especially while reading. 5- Feel confident while talking, the fear of stuttering will cause you to stutter. I hope these techniques can help you as much as it helped me.
