I find when I have Xanax at first it is great but after u take them everyday for a week or so they still help but not as much, or u take more to get the same effect. But when you run out there is a slingshot effect and it's worse than when u started for a little while...that's my experience. Maybe one every couple days, or just when u feel you really need it would be best. But that's hard once you get liking them.
