“you just have to relax and ask yourself what your scared of” No, it doesn’t work that way, at least not for me. I could be in the most euphoric state and still have a fluency problem. That’s one of the things that make it so frustrating; there seems to be no rhyme or reason to fluency problems. People say, just relax, take your time, take a deep breath, all these things don’t help and it’s not only a conundrum to the audience, but also the speaker. There are some strategies that I use, but they’re never 100%reliable. I don’t mean to be rude, or diss you. I’m just trying to help you understand what it’s like.
