Yea some people are not going to wait for you to finish. Even close friends or family. Don't hold it against them. They're just human and anyone can get impatient in a conversation. Especially since non-stutterers make up about 99% of the population and everyone they talk to doesn't take as long. I know it hurts and you feel extremely frustrated when people cut you off. But also remember not to take it too personally. People can do what they want, no one is under any obligation to listen to anyone. It's nice when they do and it's unspoken common courtesy, but people have a will their own. The only thing you can do is choose how you react and how you frame the situation.
