“R”s were always very tough for me, then I had two jobs where the agency name started with an “R” so trying to answer a work phone or even say where I work sucked. With some practice, I would still stammer a bit but it got better. I agree with the other feedback about trying to work through it though. There’s always going to be those words or letters that are tricky.
