I guess it depends on the type of stuttering too. I, for instance, bring my tongue out when I stutter, that shit cant be cute lmao. Also if the stutter is severe, and also your attitude towards it becomes more and more negative, that doesn't help. Overall I don't think stuttering is cute but i can see how it can be cute to some people
