I think having stuttering is a kind of good thing too. Sure, it can be super unbearable and draining at times but it can also teach you many things that you won't understand if you live a stuttering-free life. For me, i've grown more sympathetic toward people because i know how hurtful it's to be looked down upon because of a disability. I also grown more resilient and carefree now, as a result of trying to battle my stuttering, i am also more free of others's judgement and promised to never let anyone influence me anymore. Stuttering can act as a friend-filter too (sort of), i've made treasured friends who can accept my difference throughout highschool and college. I used to be childish and full of myself as a kid (when i didn't have stuttering), i am partly greatful i developed this disability, because i think i would not be this matured if i hadn't suffered any of misery brought to me by it. So, head ups! We all are amazing individuals who persisted despite having to deal with this horrible adversity that hinder our sense of identity, if that is how it's intended, then live your life to the fullest, don't let it get any attention from you.
