Are you in the UK? I'm thinking if I should disclose stammering at an interview or in my application form. Correct me if I am wrong: In the UK, if you do not tell your employer about your stammer, the employer who rejects you due to your stammer does not necessarily break the law. So if you're pretty sure that they will reject you due to your disfluency resulting from your stammer, you can consider disclosing it in your application form / during an interview I have got a lot of rejections after interviews. I think partly because of my stammer which I didn't disclose to my prospective employers. I will do so in an upcoming interview.
