The short answer is no. You stuttering can turn away some people, sure, but then they probably wouldn't be great partners either way. I've had some success (and a lot of failures), but it definitely is possible. Keep in mind that you're 16, you've got lots of time, and chances will come. I've found that some women find it cute that I stutter. My best advice is honestly to just work on yourself and keep it pushing. I believe in you man!
