Practice more than 10 minutes ;) The more you practice, the more results you'll see. A few weeks ago someone posted here about their rapid success over the course of a few months. They were spending something like 90 minutes a day practicing. My fluency took more along the lines of six months to achieve, but I didn't put in as much time. I would practice in the car while I was driving. I probably did thirty minutes a day. It was whatever skills the speech therapist had me working on. Starting my breath before starting my voice. Soft touch on breath stopping sounds. Monotone speech. Monotone transition to normal speech. If you have a professional speech therapist, and it's working for you, follow their directions rather than seeking alternatives here.
