Why is it that I can say all the words in such an eloquent way when I am on my own but as soon as someone is near me I start to stutter so bad?

Why is it that I can say all the words in such an eloquent way when I am on my own but as soon as someone is near me I start to stutter so bad? So I am taking Spanish classes right now and due to reasons well known by now, they are online. So when I have to read something it goes fine on my own, but ohh boy as soon as I turn that microphone on, everything goes to shit with literally every single word. This is just one example of my day to day life which makes it impossible. I think my brain is just conditioned to stutter and it has so many triggers to stutter. Anyone know when there will be a cure to this shit because I am not liking it anymore. Had the most beautiful girl as a date a few weeks ago and boy did I stutter.
