Has anyone's stutter got them out of a ticket/arrest?

Has anyone's stutter got them out of a ticket/arrest? I was the "sober" driver after a high school party, which I probably had like 3 beers and in high school, that was enough. I had 6 passengers in a Lincoln Town Car and we pulled into a parking lot to piss and a cop rolled in and pulled us over, I had to say my ABC's and got caught up on "S" the cop asked me to step out of the car. One of the shitfaced passengers yelled out, "he has a fucking stutter!!" The cop got red in the face with embarrassment and compared me to the really drunk people in my car and told me to get on my way. I've had 3 incidents since then that it has come in handy.
