any tips to calm down my anxiety because of my stutter? hey everyone, I've been in a community college for a little over a month now. and every Tuesday/Thursday, I feel the most anxious because that's when I have three classes (Anthropology, Archaeology, English). the ones that make me feel beyond nervous are Archaeology and English - archaeology because there are only around 20 students in the class, which raises the chance of me having to speak. a couple of times, my speech flow has been blocked and my professor awkwardly had to cut me off because I couldn't speak. and in English, my group sometimes asks me to read our group answers for the activities that we complete in class. again, my words didn't come out which resulted in the entire class staring at me awkwardly and my professor asking somebody else from my group to speak. I am so anxious because of my stutter I hate it. and I want to learn how to soothe my mind to calm my anxiety. what tips do you guys have?
