Keep talking fluently alone as much as you can. 20-30 minutes a day is good. The more we can reinforce the fluent part of our brain the easier it is to talk fluently with others. Then, try to use this same fluent speech pattern when talking with others. I know it’s easier said than done. It sometimes helps me to try to pretend I’m talking to myself - that the other person isn’t there. Or think about anything other than your speech - like body language, using your hands when you speak, the message you want to communicate, etc. Just try not to let yourself fall back into your bad speech habits where you try to force the words out.
