What jobs would you recommend to somebody who has a stutter I've just finished my second year of uni (computer games arts) and hopefully will be starting my third year in September. I know that after uni I want to be a freelance video editor (maybe edit somewhere permanently in the future, but I feel like freelance is more suited to me right now), but obviously, this isn't going to pay the bills & rent straight away. I know that once I start renting after uni I'm going to need a job that won't necessarily be particularly exciting but that'll pay the bills, but I don't know where to work. I have a stutter that can get very severe - I experience blocks that can last over a minute just speaking to friends and family and those blocks can be very frequent, while sometimes I'll be fairly fluent after the first block (it's always worse on the phone). It's unpredictable, and this stutter has caused me to feel very anxious socially when speaking is involved, and as such, I can't see myself doing anything that involves frequent talking (e.g. customer service). I just wanted to know what other people in my position have been doing for work & what people recommend doing. I'm not looking for a career or anything; I've been editing for a long time now and it's one of the few things I feel very comfortable doing, so I know this is what I want to do - but it's just not going to be financially stable to start with. For anybody interested this is my editing portfolio: [https://sites.google.com/view/oscarpageediting/home](https://sites.google.com/view/oscarpageediting/home) Thankyou for any advice.
