You obviously have some sort of extreme victimization complex. Unless you were beaten or drugged SPECIFICALLY to induce a stutter, you aren't being punished for anything, and you didn't do anything to "deserve" a stutter. I'm an antitheist but even in abrahamic religions, there's good precedent that disabilities are put on people so that they can just experience life in a different way. For example, John 9:1-3 deals with the EXACT thinking that you have: "1 As he went along, he saw a man blind from birth. 2 His disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” 3 “Neither this man nor his parents sinned,” said Jesus, “but this happened so that the works of God might be displayed in him".
